Custom Meal Plans

Custom meal plans work great if you would like a nutrition plan that is tailored to your needs and lifestyle. You will provide Katie with detailed information about yourself including demographics, nutrition and fitness goals, food allergies or intolerances, food likes/dislikes, daily schedule and special schedule considerations, as well as what types of appliances you have available for cooking. NoCo Nutrition will then create a plan that is customized to your lifestyle and designed to reach your goals. 

Want even more customization? Blood testing, Genetic Testing, Dietary Analysis, and Metabolic Testing all provide even more insight into your personal nutrition needs, potential nutrient deficiencies, metabolic rate, and supplements. Purchase your custom meal plan including four weeks of meals, recipes, exchanges, grocery lists, pantry list, and meal planning tips. This includes an initial 60 minute nutrition session and 30 minute follow up at four weeks. It also includes unlimited tracking and feedback. Meal plans are typically completed within 5-7 business days after intake form and initial consult is completed. 

Ongoing meal planning support (beyond one month), tracking, and one 30-minute consult for $149 per month.

Pre-Made Meal Plans

This a great option for anyone looking for some guidance on meal planning, but not needing it to be customized. These plans are created based on common nutrition goals and are balanced with fat, carbohydrates, and protein. Food exchanges are provided, making foods easy to exchange. There are macronutrient goals for each meal and the plans also include goals for nutrition post workout. There is a pantry list and meal planning tips as well as grocery lists for each week. This makes it super easy to go shopping and make sure your pantry is stocked with healthy options. If you are not sure of your individual nutrient needs it is encouraged to schedule an initial nutrition session, however, this blog post can help you determine your personal calorie needs.
