Katie has the experience and expertise to help you with your next 5k or ultra-marathon. She has competed as a runner since the age of 12 and ran cross country at the University of Colorado in Boulder. She has run several marathons and half marathons and her PRs include a 2:59 marathon and 1:22 half marathon. She won the Run Rabbit Run 50 mile trail race in Steamboat in 2017 and competed in the Boston Marathon that same year. 

Katie has a degree in kinesiology with a thorough understanding of human movement and physiology. She has successfully trained athletes at both the beginner and advanced level and also has experience coaching middle school and high school athletes.

6 month training plan

$125/month (or $700 when billed all at once)

What is included:

  • Weekly training plans for 6 months including both running and optional strength training

  • Tracking tool and logging on training peaks

  • Unlimited email or messaging in addition to weekly phone check-in

Fuel2Run and Coach2Run Training and Nutrition Plan

$199/month (billed monthly)

This package is for clients that want the holistic approach to improving performance. This is a month to month plan and includes:

  • Weekly nutrition plans and training plans

  • Weekly check-ins via video or phone

  • Tracking training tool and nutrition tracking with feedback

  • Unlimited email support

Katie can assist you in your training and fitness goals by offering guidance and suggestions for workouts that you can do on your own at home or in the gym. Strength training is a critical and often overlooked aspect of the endurance athlete's training plan. Strength recommendations are provided with any coaching plan.
